Refund Policy

All purchases are made from Neal Tech Solutions LLC, the seller of record for every product on this site. Because our tools are digital and delivered immediately, this policy sets out when we refund a purchase and how to ask for one.

The short version

If a tool doesn't do what this site said it does, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't need to justify it at length — just tell us what happened.

How to request one

Email craig@nealtechsolutions.com from the address you bought with, and include the product name. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five business days.

Limits

Refunded purchases have their license keys deactivated and downloaded files must be deleted. Repeated refund requests for the same product may be declined.
