1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Neal Tech Solutions LLC ("Neal Tech Solutions", "we", "us"), a limited liability company, which is the seller of record for every product sold on this site. By buying a product, creating an account or using this site, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Your license

When you buy a tool, Neal Tech Solutions LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that tool for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software or any license key issued to you.

3. One-time purchases

Products are sold for a single payment. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Future paid versions of a tool, if any, are optional.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, circumvent licensing checks, or use the software to break the law. License keys may be deactivated if they are shared beyond the permitted number of activations.

5. No warranty

Software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neal Tech Solutions LLCdisclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
